Serenity is our largest master-planned residential community under development to date, located just outside Fuquay-Varina, northwest of the Hwy 401 and Rawls Church Rd intersection. Spanning approximately 550 acres, Serenity welcomes residents with a meticulously landscaped boulevard. This community has been thoughtfully designed to cater to a diverse range of homebuyers, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, families, empty nesters, and those 55 and older. Serenity is made up of all single-family homes, which at buildout will be home to 1216 residents! Sales begin in late 2022.
A little over one-third of the community will be 55+ where these homeowners will have separate amenities from the overall community. Sales will begin in spring of 2025.
